Account and workspace data
We may store account details, profile settings, workspace metadata, onboarding answers, document metadata, share records, and audit events to operate the service.
Shared access
When you share documents, recipient email, role, permissions, expiration, and access activity may be recorded so you can understand who has access.
Export and deletion direction
The product roadmap includes practical export and deletion controls so buyers can move or remove their data as the service matures.
